Well, the first thing I need to do is become President so I can get access to the resources necessary for my ambition. I'll have to find some way to get Bush out of office, maybe by throwing something shiny out a window or threatening to choke him with a pretzel. Once I have secured the position, I'll have access to all of the nuclear arms I need and then launch a massive assault on all countries that could have the potential to interfere. When there is no one left to challenge me, I seize the planet and rule it until my death with a diamond fist (I'll surgically get a fist-shaped diamond to replace my real hand).

If you weren't killed in any of the many second-strike counterattacks you'd trigger, you and the rest of humanity would die from radiation poisoning anyway.
