I get that the brain waves for emotional feelings would still be there...but there are a lot of physical feelings that feel better when in combination with emotional feelings...and I dont think a robot body could feel that combination of feelings.....

...like I doubt we could make a robot that could exactly experience what it feels like to have someone softly run their finger down your back...or rub your ears....or run their fingers through your hair.

Exactly. Dave, what you're missing is that you'd be making love to something that is programmed to feel a certain way, which is definitely not the same thing. Also, I think there's something that would inevitably get lost in the translation from human to robot sexuality. Furthermore, why would you program something that you can get on Earth right now, for free?

no matter how complex or special a sensation is, it's just a sensation. Easily duplicated if you know what you're doing. Any extra feelings coupled with that sensation would come together in your brain, which you still have.
