Gordon's, myself. I notice in the states it's generally considered "rail" quality, but I know better. |

Can I get in on the \o? I prefer Tanqueray Ten, though, so I might be a little snooty for this party. _________________ Married to Terri.

I agree with you, Troy... avoiding drugs does not give a person moral high ground. I mean, it's a personal choice either way, so... whatever.
Anyway, I enjoy a good drink now and again... red wine is my favorite, but I love beer too, and I'm getting into white wine these days. I don't really drink hard alcohol that much anymore, unless it's in a good martini or an icy tropical drink, after a handful of bad experiences involving my face, the floor, and a few hours in a laundry room.
I haven't really tried much more than that, although I have tried hookah and didn't like it all that much. Light-headedness isn't my idea of a good "high".
Anyway, I think Troy wins for the horse tranquilizers. |

I made a point a while ago of not getting drunk or high while I'm living in my parent's house. Not really worth the trouble if I get caught. HOWEVER now that I'm of legal drinking age I can drink more than one beer or half a rum and coke at parties! By this time next year I'll probably have gotten high a few times too (yay art school). _________________

In all seriousness, I will never forget buying drugs in a barn.

Pretty much. I was really uncomfortable when my friend was driving me and a couple of his friend's friends to a Gillian's while buzzed/slightly drunk. He kinda spaced out and went into the opposite lane a couple times on the way there, which didn't help.
I don't plan on drinking or doing drugs. I don't see the appeal or the need to waste my money on it. I'd rather just have some soda.
Smoking is disgusting, I hate smelling smoke on some of my coworkers and around campus.
Caffeine is fine, but I'm one of the people who don't really consider it a 'drug'. It doesn't affect me unless it's an energy drink and even then they usually make me sleepier than awake.
I don't have a problem with people getting drunk or doing drugs but I'd prefer not to be around them when doing so. |

Drinking is alright in my book, now.
I seriously went from "nevar!" to "this is pretty cool" just from trying it.
And my first real time getting drunk was a pretty lame/bad night... but I know that I can enjoy it comfortably and safely. And now I can do it legally!
I'm still pretty hard against illegal drugs... maybe if the right circumstance came up where I could try it and feel safe... but I can't say I'm pursuing that situation. _________________ here comes the big ideas again, just like they did before and then,

yes try the reefer, ray - it's not exactly a drug in which folks take advantage out of you or something. do it on your own, put on some kool tunes on, chill and reflect.
if you're concerned about smoke, just eat that shit or something. _________________

Vaporizers are also a safe (and highly effective) alternative to smoking cannabis. |

I heard they feel weird and kinda take the point out of it.
/e Has no clue where to get drugs, and has no intention of trying them, but would like to be part of the conversation. |

My experience with vaporizers has been fine, about the same as normal but with less coughing.
That said I don't partake of any drug anymore unless I'm in the right mood and it's the right situation. I would have to say those times are pretty rare. My D.A.R.E. shirt lost its irony... _________________
