You'd think he wouldn't do the bubble thing. Considering that's how the episode of South Park made fun of him. (Kinda like the Vatican electing a pope that looks like a Star Wars villain, around the time the third movie came out)

I've read his book and I've talked to a bunch of my friends who do actually practice "magic" and I'm pretty sure that most (maybe all) of his stunts are staged. He really never does anything that really appears as though he's in true peril. The stuff that he does in Street Magic is very basic and most experienced magicians can reproduce the same tricks. Nonetheless, he has a huge fan base and it never fails that during one of Blaine's stunts a group of women come up and flash him.

Serious, when does a nine minute stunt turn into a two hour TV special? Do anyone actually watch that whole thing? Better question yet: does anybody even watch ABC unless Lost is on?
