I highly recommend Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga by Spoon, or at least downloading "The Underdog". I'd rather slam my *bleep* in a door than listen to one more second of Interpol's Our Love To Admire. It's beyond bad.

I think I listened to "The Underdog" but couldn't decide whether I liked it or not. Ah well.

As far as a suggestion... everybody already knows what I'd suggest so... Point by Cornelius. It's really good stuff.

Oh, and I was gonna go to an Interpol show on Saturday but they were sold out. Was I lucky?

I love everything by Interpol except for this new album, although the The Heinrich Maneuver is catchy.

Point, eh? I'll check it out. : D

so we just talking about new albums here, or any ol'... ?

I don't yet bought an album released this year yet, and probably won't unless there's new Sufjan.

A lot of good albums have or will come out this year.

Tomahawk- Anonymous
Boris & Michio Kurihara- Rainbow (it's not as hard as you might think to get a handle on this, I got the Brazilian print early because I didn't think it would get stateside release, and now it's everywhere)
Portugal. The Man- Church Mouth (out 7/24, they leaked it last month)
Dj Taka- Milestone (a double disc, for, y'know, if you're into DDR music)
Queens of the Stone Age- Era Vulgaris
Pelican- City of Echoes
the pillows- Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! (it's ok, the pillows probably aren't going to do anything spectacular ever again so you might as well)
Sigh- Hangman's Hymn

Wake Up! is pretty blah. Nothing near as good as the stuff released for FLCL.

Wake Up! x3 is pretty good. I like their other albums better, but it's okay.
