For those who don't know, lucid dreaming is when you become aware that you are dreaming. You can read all about it and how to induce them. They are really crazy when you do have one. Has anyone had any lucid dreams they'd like to share? _________________ secret agent super dragon |

my first roommate was really interested in this thing. Near the end of the semester, he claimed to have been able to induce such a dream and said his next goal was to try for a lucid out-of-body experience he had been reading about. To test and see if he could actually do it, I put a post-it note containing a phrase he didn't see on the back of the TV and asked him to look at it in his lucid dream. He agreed, but was never actually able to do it. Oh well. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck

Man, I don't even remember my regular dreams. I'm destined to never be able to lucid dream. _________________ here comes the big ideas again, just like they did before and then,

Yeah, I've only had a few lucid experiences when I was younger (before I knew how much fun I could have with it) and I rarely remember my dreams anymore.

Oh, man. I have the craziest dreams all the time. Like two nights ago I had this dream that I was a horse, and I was playing volleyball with another horse, and we were using an oil drum as a ball.

I get some great dreams, but lucid dreams are hard to control for me.
Essentially, it's really hard for me to make cool things happen and really easy for me to turn it into a nightmare. In addition, they always end with me thinking I woke up when I haven't. |

Whenever I start dreaming lucidly I either wake up after a few minutes or I only half-believe that I'm dreaming and nothing really works right. _________________

Your subconscious is telling your conscious to stay off its turf. This is his world. |

my cousin is really interested in this, and we talked about it at thanksgiving. no matter how bizarre my dreams are, I always think they're real
and a lot of times in the morning, I'll have a dream about waking up and getting ready, and then actually wake up to realize I haven't gotten ready yet. it really sucks going through a shower twice in one morning. and then I feel bad about wasting water, even though the first shower didn't actually happen _________________ "Fudge, Packer?" |

i had a semi-lucid dream not to long ago. i was on a plane heading for the sun because the earth blew up, and i logically deduced that i had to be dreaming (dream me was pretty stoked). i rerouted the plane for earth that was majestically reassembled and then i woke up.
other than that i never remember my dreams which sucks, although if i did have a lucid dream id probably freak out and think im trapped in my dream _________________

One time I was having a very lucid nightmare and then I woke up in the dream. I would go into the bathroom to take a shower and then look in the mirror and not see my reflection and suddenly wake up again, still in the dream. This seriously happened 6 or 7 times before I actually woke up. _________________ secret agent super dragon |

This happens to me all the time D: I hate waking up and getting dressed and ready enough as it is, doing it twice just sucks. A lot. Gr. _________________ Homsars Girl n. a bagpipe bent on engulfing the world in a mix of pepper and ketchup.

Something really similar happened to me, actually. What happened is I couldn't see the numbers on my alarm clock. So I just laid in bed, looking over every now and then to check if I'd woken up, desperately trying not to imagine anything scary. |
