Ok, it's the same thing, but face facts. That's what it's going to look like half the time you use it. There are likely going to be comfy third-party attatchments you can put on them. I'm just sick of everyone judging the revolution by the controller, when that's not even what it will always be like. Unlike MS and Sony, this controller has ports on either end to turn it iinto other controllers, possibly even giving an arcade feel.
(Heck, for an extra 35-50 bucks, there might even be a hollow, foldable arcade podium you can stick it into.)
In other words, quit bashing the controller. This is the first next-gen console I'm getting.

Remove everything after JPG. Also, old. But I guess the uneducated needed it. _________________

Yah, I've seen this before too, and it never ceases to impress me.
If I have the money (or maybe for Christmas), I'm definetly getting the Rev. I don't really like the other platforms, anyways. It's the same shit, different package.
At least Nintendo is innovative. _________________ Yep.

Chances are, a third party is going to make an xbox 360 controller shaped shell. |

Seriously, it's a Wavebird that has it's middle hollowed out. How uncomfortable could it be? =/
I'm kinda hopin' that this thing doesn't get used too much. I mean, it's definitely necessary- ports are good. But if it's being used for the vast majority of the games, then why have the remote control in the first place? _________________

Maybe it just looks really clunky with that controller sticking out of the front.
But, I don't know. I don't like a controller that doesn't go with one design. I mean, putting a controller inside another controller seems...weird.
But whatever. I'll just stick with the remote. (Unless that damn thing is required to play the game). _________________

I don't like that it's motion sensitive... I've noticed that I shift position plenty of times when I play videro games... that doesn't bother an Xbox, PS2 or N64, but it would a Revolution.
I think they were just trying to be too innovative is all. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck

Do you think a surgeon would shift positions a lot while he's got some one under the knife? If you're focused on the location of your hand, you probably won't unthinkingly move it. _________________

Playing video games shouldn't be brain surgery.
And a surgeon is more or less restricted to the standing position. He has no chair to sit down, and he has no bed/couch to lie on his back/side/stomach on.
I like to be able to move my hands without adverse effects. _________________ Come into my den let me hear you cluck
