Homestar pops up in the most unexpected places... would you expect on a Beach Boys CD-Rom??
There's a Beach Boys CD-Rom called "Project: SMILE" - I think you have to torrent it. But anyway, click into the "Smile 2004" section, then into the "Fan Experiences" subsection - one frame of the page is a whole mess of Beach Boys pictures and random pictures of pretty much anything... and oddly enough, somewhere down the page is a little teeeeny tiny animation of Homestar in his Greatest American Hero costume.
