Does zombies count as bio weapon or other?
Either way, I would want some sort of interdimensional portal to recruit beings from other universes to help me with my plan. I would probably also throw a few people through the portal into some vast emptiness or something, too.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think he means if they shot AT him, then the bodyguards would shoot the person that attacked him.
