I think of it as all one word, "Steveo." That would put the "vee" in there. I'd pronounce it differently if it were "Steve-o."
Either way, giving people annoying nicknames is fun, so I will always call you Ste-Vi-Oh!, Ste-Vi-Oh!.  _________________
