so i think for the most part the mbti is total bullshit but it's fun in the same way horoscopes are.

according to this, there are sixteen personality types and four "dimensions":
extraverted/introverted (E/I)
sensing/intuitive (S/N)
thinking/feeling (T/F)
judging/perceiving (J/P)
and you combine them all in various ways to actually get to a personality.

there are a bunch of tests online:
similar minds (look under jung tests)
my personality
some other one (this only gives two of the letters, i'm afraid)

yeah, you really don't have to take any/all of these. :/
once you figure out your type just googling it will give a plethora of information!

me, i'm somewhere between intp/istp, probably leaning towards the former. it tells me i'm analytical and shitty in dealing with people, which is nothing i didn't know before.

70% Introverted, but everything else I'm almost 50/50. It's like, I do things based on my feelings, but my feelings are based on reasoning, which is based on what will make me happy, because what makes me happy is when things are logical.
