well basically on October 12th 2002 a planted van parked outside a nightclub in Bali exploded, killing pretty much everyone around there, and more Australians than anything else by far.

That was probably given a short news report in between the big report on some kids making cards for a soldier and the one on the world's most famous moustache.

Also, sucks about the bombings. I think at the time everyone in the states was preoccupied with that sniper thing, but I don't really remember.
