Great game, only made worse by the fact that as I sat down with my 3rd (or maybe 4th, can't recall) glass of wine of the evening I got a phone call and had to drag my ass across town to go into work.
Thankfully I spent the 5 hours in there doing little except collecting glasses, handing out plates of nachos and watching as much of the game as I could.
Though it was all worth it as just as the winning pass was just about to get caught, the TV signal cut out for 2 minutes, leaving most of the restaurant generally in a foul mood and baying for blood. All the staff found it quite hilarious really 
Here's hoping the dolphins do better next season mind you

Even though I know this isn't directed at me, I'm gonna answer it anyway
I was lucky / unlucky enough to see it on BBC, so I missed out on all the usual Reebok / Coors crap that Sky fill their airtime with. In fact I don't ever recall seeing any superbowl specific adverts in this country over the past 4 / 5 years (I forget how many ) I've watched it 
I'll have to youtube it later to see what I've been missing out on all these years

There was a commercial right before the halftime show for Ideacast. Yeah, they finished that where I work. I actually got to handle the materials used to create it, and the finished tape.

haha, i actually like bill simmons too but his column has basically turned into "hey boston teams are awesome and i love boston and im from boston!" and then devolve into a brady lovefest (the most recent one where he compared the patriots to the storm from the perfect storm was especially ridiculous). nevertheless im looking forward to his next column (which im guessing will just a picture of a noose)
and yes, der, although dane cook is probably a closet yankee fan i think you and all other american for that matter can join him when he speaks that ultimate, undeniable truth. that truth that eliminates any division between class race or color, that truth which we keep in our minds until we stand together as one and boldly declare,
